Construction financing is challenging in today’s market. While PACE has proven to be a cost-effective use of capital, it’s difficult to find senior lenders that will consent to the PACE loan. Stonehill provided a seamless execution on both first mortgage and C-PACE financing that allowed me to execute on my development plans for both a Courtyard by Marriott and a Tru by Hilton. Utilizing Stonehill for both pieces of the capital stack created great efficiencies and made the underwriting and closing process easy.
