Sam is responsible for the asset management of debt investments including analysis of loan workouts, portfolio surveillance, and financial reporting.
Sam graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with real estate and finance concentrations. Previously, Sam worked at Greystar as a Corporate Finance Summer Analyst, working on various capital initiatives and analysis of alternative investments. Sam also interned with Linville Team Partners, a commercial real estate brokerage.
